All payments can be made with Credit Card or Via Bank Transfer. Once payment has been made we can then produce and ship you item.
Shipping is calculated for your item directly when you are in the checkout page for purchase of the item. If you would like you can also contact us about different shipping options and we can adjust to your needs. Typically we offer ground shipping which will take a few days to reach the final destination.
Returns for defective items can be done by contacting us directly via email and sending photos and a description of what part of the item is defective. Items damaged in shipping may also be returned and replaced by WLD.
All items sold are CE registered and compliant with European regulations. We recommend that all items be installed by a qualified professional to guarantee the safety and correct function of all items.
As the lamps that we offer are made of real wood and special plastics great care must be taken to make sure that cleaning them does not damage any part of the lamp. For cleaning the wooden lampshade try to use compressed air that is not too strong to remove any dust accumulated. For cleaning the plastic diffuser use only water and paper towels to ensure that there is no chemical reaction that damages the appearance of the diffuser discs.
